Scripps Poway Villas is a great place to live. I moved in a few months back and having looked around at many of the other places around here, this was definitely the best place for the amount of money. My two bedroom is spacious and has new carpet and vinyl flooring. The living area is quite large and since that is where I spend most of my time I love it! I also love the vanity that is in the ‘master’ and the walk-in closet is HUGE. Hanging by the pool is fun, especially when no one is around!

I was looking for a one bedroom and when I walked in this place, I was sold. The open floor plan is exactly what I was looking for and the closet space is nice and big. I love the community and the manager is quick to respond and is very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted a great community and a nice place to live.

What I love about living here, is not only does the property management team take care of the grounds, they take care of any maintenance issues that arise. You aren't having to wait for days on end to get a response. They are quick to the draw and are working on any issue within a day of being called. That makes living here, well worth it to us.
